If you are making plans for the two of you, keep your spouse's efforts in mind,don't make reservations at a smoky bar or restaurant that may be tempting. Don't leave cigarettes lying around, no matter who they belong to, that kind of temptation doesn't help anyone.

Don't forget to remind them how well their quit smoking is going it really helps. The praise may be in the form of a few words of encouragement or a small surprise gift. Whatever form it takes, your praise shows your spouse or friend that you appreciate the hardships they are enduring and will support them until they have successfully quit.
